What is The One Printing?+
The One Printing is a Singapore printing service where you pay using Rainmaker points rather than cash. You earn points across the Rainmaker ecosystem and redeem them for professional printing — business cards, flyers, banners, booklets, stickers and signage.
How do I pay for printing with points?+
Every product is priced in points. When you place an order, the points are held and only deducted once you approve your digital proof. There is no cash price to compare — points are the currency of this store.
How long does printing take in Singapore?+
Production runs from 3 working days for most products. Larger and specialty jobs such as hardcase booklets take up to 7 working days, with courier delivery adding a further 8 to 9 working days for certain items. Lead time is shown on every product.
What printing products can I order?+
Over 1,000 products across six categories: business cards, flyers and leaflets, banners and roll-ups, booklets and catalogues, stickers and labels, and signage and display materials.
Do I need to prepare my artwork in a special way?+
Artwork should be at least 300 DPI, in CMYK, with 3mm bleed on all sides. Files are checked automatically for resolution, bleed and colour when you upload, and any problems are flagged before your job goes to print.
