Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 7 June 2026. These terms apply to your use of TheOnePrinter.com and the Print Credits / Rainmaker Coins programme.
1. Parties
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of TheOnePrinter.com ("the Site"), operated by GDI Solutions Pte Ltd (UEN: pending) ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
2. Print Credits
- Print Credits are a loyalty reward earned through actions on Destiny Compass (destinycompass.io) and applied to orders on TheOnePrinter.com.
- Print Credits are not stored value, not redeemable for cash, and not transferable between accounts. They have no monetary value outside of TheOnePrinter.com.
- 1 Print Credit (1 RMC) = S$0.01 in order value. Credits are deducted from your balance only after your print proof is approved, not at the time of ordering.
- We reserve the right to expire unused Print Credits after 12 months of account inactivity.
- Print Credits are earned via the Rainmaker Coins (RMC) programme on Destiny Compass. Conversion from RMC to Print Credits is at a fixed rate of 100 RMC = S$1.00 in Print Credits.
3. PayNow Payments
- If your Print Credits do not fully cover an order, the shortfall is payable via PayNow at checkout. This is a direct per-order payment — not a top-up to any stored-value account.
- PayNow payments are processed by HitPay Payment Solutions Pte Ltd, a MAS-licensed payment service provider. We are a merchant on HitPay's platform.
- Payments are non-refundable once your print proof has been approved and production has begun. Refunds for production errors are handled case-by-case — please contact [email protected].
4. Orders & Delivery
- All orders are subject to artwork approval. We reserve the right to reject artwork that does not meet our print specifications (see Specs Guide).
- Delivery timelines are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by logistics partners, weather, or force majeure events.
- Delivery is to Singapore addresses only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
5. Payment Services Act (PSA) Compliance
Earn-only programme at launch
Rainmaker Coins and Print Credits operate as an earn-only, non-cash-redeemable loyalty programme. Customers cannot purchase or top up Print Credits with cash. Credits are earned exclusively through qualifying actions on Destiny Compass. PayNow payments flow directly to GDI Solutions Pte Ltd for each order — no stored value is created. This structure is designed to operate within the PSA exemption thresholds. We review our compliance position regularly and will update these Terms if our structure changes.
6. Intellectual Property
You warrant that you own or have the right to use all artwork submitted for printing. We accept no liability for copyright infringement arising from artwork provided by customers.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
