Why, when cutting, will there be tolerance/misalignment?The machine needs a small gap to allow the card to move through and be cut. Without this space, the card will jam or get stuck.The gap is essential, and this is the tolerance caused.Due to stock availability, some materials may be out of stock. We will update with new available materials. It is recommended to check the material code for repeat orders to avoid any confusion.Important note:Material texture may vary slightly between batches, but GSM will remain consistent.Designs with borders areNOTrecommended.Tolerance is required for designs with borders. An uneven border may appear.Tolerance is required for positioning in double-sided printing.Do not use A3 layout unless the final size is A3 or for print only.For print only, it will be layout in A3 size.
